Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue
We are so lucky to partner with Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue, a dedicated nonprofit organization located in Rutherfordton, NC. Their mission is to provide a safe haven for homeless, abandoned, and neglected animals while working tirelessly to create a no-kill community for Rutherford County. Their team of staff, volunteers, TNVR squad and foster families focus on compassion, community education and reducing pet overpopulation through spay/neuter programs giving each animal another chance for a life they deserve while waiting for adoption.

Brother Wolf Animal Rescue
We are proud to partner with Brother Wolf Animal Rescue, a long-standing leader in Western North Carolina’s lifesaving efforts for cats and dogs in need. After losing their entire facility during Tropical Storm Helene, Brother Wolf showed incredible resilience by shifting their operations to a foster based organization and continuing their vital work for animals in need. Their dedication to compassionate rescue, spay/neuter programs, and community outreach has made them a cornerstone in the fight to reduce pet homelessness. Together, we share the mission of giving animals in need the second chance they deserve.
